I was expecting a one piece item that would stretch out and cover both wheels. Instead I have two piece cover. It says on description:Large U shape opening = notTwo way zipper = notDurable tough tek in wear areasHandles with wrapped grip = too looseIt says the nylon cover snugly stretches over the four cart wheels when the cart is folded. I got the two lice civets and they don’t “snug” on each wheels.Contacted the seller for exchange
