We splashed out recently and purchased an Emma brand mattress, which seems to be very popular and at the top of many mattress reviews, and costs (over) 3 times the price of this mattress. We just didn't get on with the Emma one, yes it looked quality but it was too soft and extremely hot- it had a 200 day trial so we sent it back and decided to take a punt on this mattress. I can honestly say- we are so happy we did. It feels quality, has a great cover, and it is nice and firm, but not rock hard. Yes it is a few cm thinner than the other one, but that's about it- and it certainly isn't a bad thing. It has just enough soft edge to be comfy but with out any sinking into it. We slept great on it, felt much more supported. I've seen the odd review that says this is too warm- but I can safely say it is nothing like as noticeable as on the expensive Emma one. It just proves foam is basically foam- no need to spend a fortune on something vastly over engineered. This really is just a very good mattress at a fair price. Plus an extra- it arrive super quick, 5 days earlier than expected.

This really is an outstanding mattress for the money. The reflex foam contours to your body, providing comfort as well as support. It starts off pretty hard, but softens over time and I feel refreshed when I wake up. I've tried loads of mattresses over the years and this is up there with the best. You could spend 100's more on a comparable mattress. If you have back issues, buy this! I had an issue with my order which was resolved efficiently by Fraz in customer services. Customer service is king imo and these guys were excellent.

Wish I had bought this ages ago, was thinking I needed a whole new bed, but thought I'd try a new and firm mattress. What a difference so comfortable no more pain when get up in the morning.

Really happy with our new mattress. We needed a 90x200 (european size) mattress for my daughter's IKEA bed and this one fits the bill perfectly. I researched lots (silentnight, Jay-be, Ikea mattresses) and this one by duratribe had the best reviews. Turns out the reviews weren't wrong- it really is great! Came out the packaging and expanded really quickly. No smell at all as can be the case with some similar mattresses apparently. Looks really robust and well made. Fits perfectly (i measured it and dimensions are spot on). Quite firm which is fine for us. I slept in it half the first night with my daughter and it was nice and comfy, felt very supportive.

My husband has been suffering with back pain for a long time now so we did some research and decided to purchase a memory foam mattress. We didnt want to dive right in and spend a fortune on one of these so we found this one at a great price and bought it. It arrived before expected delivery date and was exactly as described. We rolled it out and left it over night to plump back up, the instructions state to leave for 48 hours but to excited for a good nights kip to wait another night. So far so good. The 1st night was not great and the 2nd and 3rd but now in our second week of actually sleeping on it, its perfect! We no longer roll together and best of all when my husband who is the worst sleep mover ever starts throwing shapes it no longer wakes me! Happy wife happy life! Most importantly my husbands back pain is easing a little every morning. I cant find fault with this mattress, there was no strong smell from it when I opened the packaging (other than the normal plastic wrapper smell from new things) and although I wasnt keen at firsts I am now a believer in memory foam mattresses and look forward to many more nights of peaceful sleep.

This is an excellent firm mattress for those of you who suffer with back and knee pain. It’s not soft and follows your shape so no awkward bending, in the same time it’s very comfy. Now if you prefer softer mattress not your thing at all - you’ll find it very uncomfortable. It’s 5+ for me but not everyone’s cuppa.

So this is the second time I've bought this mattress as the first exact same one dipped. Contacted the company and they assured it shouldn't be doing that. I liked the mattress a lot before it started to dip in the middle. So after the company telling me I needed to drag this king size mattress and lay it flat on a floor...not the bed... To show the dip (which I don't know about anyone else but it's hard to see a dip in a mattress as it happens when you put your body on it) I couldn't do this as 1) I don't have space in my house to lay a king size mattress completely flat on my floor without moving my entire furniture around and 2) I have back issues (you know hence buying a firm orthopedic mattress) so I can't even lift it by myself. So anyway I gave in and trusted them that the mattress shouldn't be doing it... So I thought ok maybe it was my bedframe. I bought a new bedframe, an ordered the same mattress again. A new one that isn't dipped in the middle as I liked the mattress before it started doing this..Stupid me... 6 months on and it's done the exact same thing again.This mattress is just a slab of foam. Nothing else. It's terrible for long use. Feels lovely for about 4 months then it just dips so bad and hurts!! Like it hurts so bad!! Also it's like sleeping in an oven, it gets ridiculously hot so much so I bought all new cotton covers and summer tog 4 quilt, still woke up feeling like I had been set on fire. I can't get a refund... £500 down the drain.Don't get this mattress unless you want to get a new one half a year later. It annoys me not only because of the money I've wasted, the stupid directions the company ask of you if you have an issue but because it's literally a piece of foam in a zipped cover. I'm stupid for buying it twice but yeah. Just left really annoyed about it. Not everyone can afford to drop a grand on a branded mattress.... Don't take advantage.
