Peterson Housewares5" Ceramic Knife Color: Blue

We liked these knives while they worked, until the blade snapped out of the handle 2 years later. At least one other customer had this experience as well.

I bought two over a year ago and still love them. Stay sharp and just the right size for peeling, cleaning, and cutting fruit and veggies

Probably my favorite of all my ceramic knives. I'm obsessed with ceramic knives and have collected about a dozen now in different sizes. This one is particularly outstanding mainly due to the rubber handle that has little knobs on it which makes it slip-proof. The ceramic blade is great. Excellent.

This is a good, small knife. I use it all the time. Verys sharp and the handle design is excellent. Would buy again.

Chips of the knife material actually broke off when i was cutting into a hard spaghetti squash. I loved it otherwise but knife blades shouldn't chip!! now I can't return it because it's four days past the window...will try anyway.

Good knives, but not happy that they can't be put in dishwasher.

sharp but a block of cheese popped the blade out of the plastic handle almost on the first day I got it.

Sharp, economical, easy to clean.
