These are extremely hard to locate, but when you do, they work great. It works excellent where there is very little room behind your television to place cords. I'm not sure about the difference in quality between Component cables and regular RCA cables, my research suggests a difference, but in reality, I can't actually SEE the difference. Thank you Altex for these great cables that allowed a 5-disc changer to fit in a confined tv stand. The short stubs on the ends of these component cables are a godsend. Good quality gold tipped cables with heavy gauge wires. Tremendously quick priority shipping from Texas. Now that is customer service !!! Thanks Amazon for using Altex as a partner.
