Excellent for the Keto diet, low carb. The cheese is so good, tastes delicious and is easy to fix. Best in a fry pan. It is squeaky fresh. It is a treat for an appetizer. We love it, and will reorder right away!

This cheese showed up hot on my front porch too scared to eat it can’t return it don’t buy it!!!

This melts nicely. Everyone in family loves it. 3 assorted flavors..all were great! We just place in pan on med low with lid and within 7-10 min....Ready! Slice into logs and enjoy.
