Package was damaged, as were the clock handles. It needs a more protective package.

The clock is attractive but the clock hands are painted black. Most of the clock face is either black or a dark color. Unless the clock is mounted at eye level, it is difficult to discern the time.

I bought this for the kitchen and as a decorative addition, it is beautiful -- and quiet. However, unless viewing within a few feet and in bright light, it is sometimes difficult to see the hands of the clock because there is not enough contrast with the rooster. I wish this worked out because I am having a hard time finding something I like more, but sending it back.

Hard to read the hands when on the tail feathers. I'm gonna have to paint the feathers lighter so I can see the time better. If not for that I would love it. nice and big numbers.

The product was defective. Tried five different brand’s of batteries and the clock would not function regardless of which battery I tried. I was very disappointed, I was so excited to receive my new clock and it just would not work. I would not recommend this item.

As others commented, it can be a bit difficult to read the time when the hands are over dark parts of the clock. Otherwise, we are pleased with it.

It is a good size and nice looking

This clock was purchased to replace one I have had for many years. It is in the same place as the old one on the wall in my kitchen. Although it is pretty it is very difficult to read. The hands blend in with the background.
