What I like: The device is portable. I can charge my devices without having cables all over the place obstructing space. I like that it has a kick-stand and it has a holder so you can use it as a holder to watch videos on your device while it charges.What I don't like: The device is a bit thick. I dislike that I have to press a button to charge the device I have on it and the location of the charging pad can be difficult to locate when you don't have the device flat on a surface.Overall I like the device and for the price, you can't go wrong. I recommend it 100%!

This seems to be a very nice battery. The high-speed wireless charging is fantastic and much faster than the standard rate. For a 10,000 mAh battery, the size is acceptable and the form factor is good. It will top off my phone several times before I have to charge it. The ability to fast charge this battery is an important feature, shaving hours off of the time to charge it. I have an older 10,000 mAh battery that seems to take forever to charge, so it is very nice to be able to charge quickly. Fast charge a device with this battery works through a phone case.The only negative I've found is the small rubberized circle on the top of the battery. I suppose that is intended to keep your phone from slipping, but it is only 10mm or so in diameter, making it a better pivot point than a non-slip surface. A better design would have been rubberized lines across the battery at several locations. I wrapped a couple of flat rubber bands around the battery that do a much better job and also keep the battery from sliding on hard surfaces. I can wrap them around the phone being charged as well, keeping the two together in my pocket if I'm trying to charge while cycling. I will probably shave the rubberized circle off with a razor blade.

I bought this because i work in an office and use my phone quite alot with downtime watching videos and listening to music.The reason I bought this was not for the capacity but the features. I wanted a power bank with Quick charge 3.0 since i use a Galaxy s10e . This fit those needs perfectly, it has quick charge 3.0 via the usb A port and fast wireless charging plus it turns into a stand!at first it didnt register as quick charge 3.0 but after a day my phone now fast charges wired or wirelesslythe only "con" to this is that its VERY slippery, the texture used on the plastic makes it very very easy to slip out of your hands it does not affect it when its being used as a stand it holds firmly in place.works perfect. 10,000mah is more than enough for my s10e for multiple full charges. after a full 9 hours of work at my desk watching videos all day it still has half a charge left on it.definetly recommend for those who want quick charge 3.0 via usb and fast wireless charging plus it doubles as a stand! cant confirm if the wireless charging works through a case because my case has a magnet plate on it for my car so i have to take it out of the case to use the wireless charging.

This wireless portable charger is excellent. I bought this 6th months ago and I use it all the time. Even though it is a portable charger it has become my main charger. I have a usb-c cable by my bed for when I’m using my Macbook in bed and want to charge it or keep it charged. When I’m not using the cord for my computer I plug in this wireless charger and keep it topped off on power. It’s really easy to keep it charged and ready to go. When I’m sitting in my room or laying in bed I rest my phone on this charger to keep it charged. When I’m out I use it if I need a charge on the go. No wires to mess with. The only time I charge my phone on something other than this is at work where I lay it on a wireless charger I have on my desk.One thing I really like is the kickstand and the little ledge for the phone. Because of my choice of cases I have no stand for my phone so I would have to prop it up on something to watch a show or a ball game on the phone. Now I just use the charger as a phone stand and I can watch whatever np. What’s even cooler than that is it only charges if I turn the charging part on so I can use it as a phone stand without charging if my phone has a lot of power or I can turn on the charge and while it is resting on the stand it can be getting charged and I can still watch whatever. I use wireless headphones but if I were to plug the apple headphones in I could still change the phone and watch stuff or listen to music because it's wireless.

I bought this to replace a 20,000 mAh Anker charger that died on me (pins on the USB-C connector got bent somehow). This device addresses everything I didn't like about that charger, and has all the positive things I did like!- USB-C: adheres to latest standards on USB-C, including being chargeable by USB-C and providing high-power USB-C charging- Lightweight and small: the 20,000 mAh chargers are big and heavy, and I personally never had a use-case for all that capacity. Unless I was lazy about recharging it, I never got below 50% battery, so 10,000 mAh is more than enough for my uses.- QI charging - QI charging is convenient all on its own, but adding the kickstand and phone holder makes this super convenient for watching videos while charging. Great design!

This portable battery charger feels premium with a subpar packaging. The unit came with the battery, a short USB to USB 3.0 cable, and an instruction booklet. The outer box was plain brown with some writing and diagram...nothing colorful that would wow one's eyes. Unlike other chargers I have own in the past, this one has a USB 3.0 port to charge the battery bank instead of a microUSB port. One thing that may annoy some people is a low humming and pulsating sound the device makes when charging wirelessly. You'll only really notice this in a quiet room. If you own a thick case like the official Samsung rugged case for the Note 10, don't expect to be able to establish a stable wireless charge. It will detect the phone but the charging will intermittently disconnect. Other than that 2 pet peeve, the unit itself feels solid. I've owned a few other products from this manufacturer and never had any issues. I would recommend this power bank to anyone looking for one.
