Plus size yes!!..I tell you at my size which is a 22/24..It can be hard to find anything that fits without trying them on..so I really did my homework on some sauna pants..I was wanting the kind with yellow but my measurements were not measuring up..but these paints went up to a 3x..I got them home and they hugged and fit perfect..you have to pull and stretch but they stretched with no problem at all..if you have big legs..I recommend these kind..after 3 weeks of having them I had to order a size 2x which did it's purpose..Yes you sweat..and yes they make noise..but it didn't bother me cause I was burning calories along with inches..I 110%.. recommend this whole line to women sizes 16w-26w!..you won't be disappointed..you will see change!..hope this helped SOMEONE..This is a pick of me in my size 2x and a 3x in a men's size zip up VEST..It has really brought my shape TOGETHER..get this line..DONT care about what others say..it's YOUR one chance to weight loss through sweating it out..

I bought Roseate Women's Slimming High Waist capri Pants along with Roseate Women's Body Shaper Waist Trainer Sweat Top Long Sleeve Shirt Weight Loss Shapewear. Both in size M. I'm 130lb 5'6" and just wanted to lose some extra water weight gained over the holidays. i'm slightly more bottom heavy than top. Both products create a sweat factor. The Medium pants are slightly loose whereas the medium top is too tight, especially in the arms and arm pit. Since i need to slim down upper arms, not lower arms, i trimmed the sleeves to the elbows so now i can actually get my arms in the top. I'm keeping both products, but wanted to advise potential purchasers on sizing issues.

I couldn’t find a sizing chart while making my decision to buy on this item. I do think that needs to be added to the description. With that said I wear a pants size 16/18 depending on the style. I decided to go with the 2XL. They fit pretty well and they definitely will make you sweat! I’m optimistic that these will help shed some stubborn thigh weight. They do have a very strong plastic odor, that was expected. I’ve been wearing them under my regular workout leggings and you cannot tell that they are even there. I would recommend.

True to size XL is equal to size 14-16 US size. Comfortable fit, holds you firm, not too tight

I am giving 5 stars, because it most definately gives me the sweat I crave. I am disappointed that I ordered up in size based on other reviews. I should not of, as it fits me loosely. I might order again in smaller size later, but for now will continue to wear it for workouts, even though it fits loosely.

I'm a size 18, and I got the size for 16-18, and I need to lose 5 pounds to fit perfectly, I wouldn't go up a size though because then it wouldn't be tight enough. I think I'm just in between sizes.

Oh my goodness!!! 1st these run true to size, 2nd holy sweat. I do beachbody programs, any workout I do over 30 minutes especially cardio wise the sweat will literally be running down my legs & onto my mat. I'm going to order a smaller size now as they're starting to slip down.

Well made, neoprene capri pants that will make you sweat!!I'm 5'6 / 137# & the medium fit great.They are a tight fit because they're not supposed to be baggy or loose, otherwise it defeats their purpose. I have washed them a lot, turning them inside out in cold water & hang to dry.
