I am someone that suffers with a septal perforation. This causes; crusting, bleeding, foul odour, and pain in the nose.Ponaris nasal emollient is the first treatment I’ve tried that actually gave me significant relief, it didn’t complete solve all my problems, but it made my situation tolerable.Would recommend for nasal issues.
