All round a good product- it's spacious & exactly how it looks in the pictures. The only problem for me was a few sharp edges that could easily be fixed

WARNING: Handle came off while pet was being carried.
Due to the design of the handle, it can come off when the plastic case flexes due to the weight of the animal inside. This happened when I was using it and the carrier crashed to the ground with my cat inside. He was fortunately not hurt, but was very shaken up.For safety's sake, choose a better quality carrier.
