Very good resistance bands and some easy exercises that come with the kit. Only thing I found was that the labels on each band are misleading. For example the black one says it should be 10kg worth of resistance but it’s just as easy as the lightest one. When I added them together then it started to feel more like 10kg worth of resistance. Still worth getting as it helps me work on my arms a lot easier

A band snapped whilst doing a simple bicep curl, I only had these bands for a month. I contacted the customer service email contained within the product but it was a duff email address and was never delivered. If they had responded and were able to do something for me my review would have been slightly better. Avoid this make of resistance bands. Really poor. Have just ordered a similar from a different company.
