I found this plug to charge very slow on my Apple products compared to another no-named 20W adapter that I have. After using for a few months, the charge became even slower. Customer service was great and sent me a replacement, however after another few months, that one was no different. I’m also only using one port at a time, not both. The only pros are the flat design and the ability of having both a USB and USB-c port.

Bought this exclusively to plug my HomePod Mini into the wall behind a piece of furniture as almost every other USB-C adapter sticks out from the perpendicular to the wall, and I don't want the furniture piece 3" away from the wall to accommodate that.That part is great, but it doesn't supply enough power to the HomePod Mini, so it's useless for my purposes.

I got this for my night stage where the socket is partially hidden by my bed. It doesn't really work for me and I'm looking for a replacement.Size isn't really that small. The included iPhone chargers are smaller by volume, so I'd just use that for travel.The angle that the prongs retract makes them come out of the socket easily on the smallest tug of the cord. So you have to be careful, even if there's little room for it to come out and not enough to plug it back in.The biggest issue is what happens when you plug in two things (like phone and headphones). Instead of giving 2A to each item, you're limited to what looks like 0.5A for each item, regardless of if one finishes charging. This means you'll wake up to a 35% charged phone. Definitely not good for travel.

Perfect little fast charging block that can fit behind anywhere. Fits in wall plugs, upwards,or downwards, and the moveable prongs make it even easier for taking it on the go. Has both a USB-C and USB-A ports. Fast charges both my Samsung Galaxy Note 9, and my girlfriends Samsung Galaxy A13. Bought this one for behind the nightstand, and will definitely be buying more.

Died in 6 days. Won't charge my phone now. Hot to the touch and kinda puffy. Honestly think it's gonna explode if I keep using it. Seller refused a refund or replacement.

I did have to unplug the Ultra Slim charger from the wall and plug it back in, so my smartphone would start charging. I am using and Anker cable so that's not the cause. Not sure why it behaved like it was DOA but all is well now.

Such an ergonomic design. A conventional charger and it's cable protrude outwards from the wall, and don't fit behind night tables or beds without being crushed. This charger fits behind anything...nice and flat and the cables go straight down or up.

The charger is a perfect size, I pushed my bed against it and it has no crack between the wall which was always my issue, charging ports work great and fast charging aswell

Grill was smaller than advertised dimensions. Quality does not match the price. Very flimsy, bent and buckled during shipping. Supplier did not stand behind it.
