Amazon messed up my order for first time! I got the wrong thing . After replacement I didn't get the right product. The image shows that one side is ball and other is spike . But I only received all spikes. Still keeping it . The quality is good.

I have a septum piercing and I bought this to keep in spare just in case the ring ball falls off I can atleast have something to wear.. septum piercing can't be left open for longer time. It gets closed.Even for these rings the hoops falls of very quickly..
