Far too small - size and measurement should be clear - surely the manufacturers must logically know that people have different size heads and amounts of hair?! Also, for scrub hats, they need to be fitted well with enough room, otherwise it is uncomfortable to wear the item throughout a shift - you need to research and understand your customer needs. I had purchased x2 of this item and therefore wasted money, so money down the drain. Shame, because the colour and quality of the product were nice.

Very synthetic cloth. Get rashes on scalp bcz of that.
