Work exactly how I expected them to for the purposed I bought them for. As I am trying to do more workouts from home I needed something to do ab exercises on during circuit training. These fit together well and work perfectly for this on my laminate flooring. Much better than the yoga mat I bought previously (that is stuck in a shipping container at the moment - hence the need for these!).I've seen reviews about them not being appropiate for high intensity workouts and come apart - I usually do the high intensity part just on the laminate and use these mats for the bits that are rough on my back. I have also used these kinds of things many times before in boxing classes so I already knew some of the benefits and downsides. These ones provide quite a lot of support for me, and I don't feel it is too thin.Easy to store away and I like how you can make it as big or small as you like.

Do NOT expect what is in the photo. It's small and not big enough to lie down on. I paid £44 for two sets and felt quite ripped off 😔
