My friends cat passed earlier this year.we both had cats that passed,thought I would get her a nice canvas for Xmas,had been fixing 2 pictures and although both came out great,she will be getting the one that's fine I'm delighted,but the second one is the better off the 2,

I ordered 2 personalised photo canvases from this company. They arrived but the pictures are so blurred so cannot be used as Christmas presents. I have contacted the seller and requested a full refund. The seller has refused to give a full refund and only offered 50% refund. This is outrageous as the quality of the pictures are so poor. He said its because I sent screenshot pictures. I ordered 2 more canvases from another company through Amazon using the same screenshot photos and the canvases are perfect. Outrageous customer service from this companyEDITING ...Today I have again messaged this company regarding refund as had no response since 10th December 2023 where I was offered 50% refund and to date 8th January 2024 still no refund. (Even though i feel 100% should be offered as the canvases are awful.Trying to speak to someone at Amazon is prooving impossible. Amazon, please contact me regarding this matter.
