When these arrived they were very curled up and had to be placed under a heavy object for a day or so, which was fine, I was expecting that.I wouldn't necessarily say they were very realistic to look at but I wanted them for my new wildlife pond, to give some cover for the top until the plants were established, which it looked like would work.As my pond is quite small I didn't weight them down to stop them moving around as they wouldn't be able to float around too far from each other anyway.I put them on the pond and they looked acceptable. However next morning, after a windy night I found that most of them had blown away and only 4 of the 10 pieces remained. I have recovered 3 more pieces from around the garden but the other 3 have totally vanished.I guess they all looked ok for one day lol.

I was a little hesitant buying fake lilly pads, however, the damn fish eat everything real I put in the pond and leave themselves with no shade!These are cheap, effective and don’t look too awful. I would give them a firm 6 out of 10 for realness.Had to put them in a bowl of warm water initially to flatten them out, as they come rolled up!The best thing is, the fish haven’t eaten them … yet!

Some of the reviews here are not fair at all. Yes they come rolled up, but you just weigh them down for a few days with anything heavy (I used weight plates) and they're fine and keep their shape no problem. They're very realistic and a great addition to my water feature. Highly recommended

Not too bad, except every time there is wind it blows them around the garden. I didn't like the invisible thread supplied though if you have fish or wildlife using the pond this will be a hazardous.

The description says perfect for aquariums. I’m not sure if they’re even suitable, as after soaking these in water and rinsing, there seems to be some sort of soapy, gunky residue seeping out of them. very strange for something that is “perfect” for aquariums. by all means, go ahead and buy but I’d recommend saving your fish instead.

Item folded not rolled in my case not very realistic but didn't expect them to be for the price some of the material has worn away around the edge but there only for the water feature so do the job

Bought these to go in my water feature, they look cheap and when they arrived they were all bent.

I had to wet them and press them flat as they do come rolled up, which isn’t the best. But I put a towel over them and pressed with a cool iron, seemed to do the trick. I think giving it some time will be another benefit.I weighed them down so they don’t run into the stream of water and splash water everywhere. It’s perfect.Would absolutely recommend.
