THIS BELT IS BY FAR THE MOST PERFECT BELT ON THE MARKET. Got Through Prime So It Came In 2 Days. I Strap This Babe On. Go For A 3 Mile Run. And The Belt Did Not Move A Inch From Where I Placed It. The Velcro Tab Was So Secure And Tight. That I'm Thinking About Buying 2 More For My Teenage Daughters To Use For Chastity Belts Lol. I Mean Once This Thing Is Strapped Around Your Waist...The Fat Inside Isn't Moving For Nothing. As I Was Running I Could Hear My Fat Screaming For Help "Please Dear Lord Get This Thing Off Me...I Can't Breath". And Once I Released My Fat From The Jaws Of This Belt. My Fat Cried Like A Bitch...I Mean It Was Sweat Every Where. Thank You From The Bottom Of My Heart POW EFFECT...I LOVE YOU.

I've been using this fitness belt since late November. I am into weights and I have also been using it while I do my cardio - which is something that I haven't done before. I have suffered from bouts of sciatica since the birth of my last child, so I was interested in getting this belt for multiple reasons: support, posture for my lifts, and to assist with my weight loss around my abdomen - which is my trouble spot.I feel like the belt has helped with my posture so much - especially when I am dead lifting - when I use it, it seems to steady my gait. I haven't had the shooting pains that I had grown accustomed to coming - and I think it's because I'm not straining quite as much when I use it.The belt goes on really easy - and it stays in place for as long as you want it to. I like the colors - and I like the width. I appreciate the qualtiy of the belt - and I feel like it will last me a long time.

I am giving the belt 4 stars for tummy reduction. When wearing it in the gym for an hour, when I take the belt off, I can see under my tee shirt, I am drenched. So, yes, it will help slim down a waist line. As for lower back support and umbilical hernia prevention, not sure yet. The belt covers the areas perfect, but, the materiel is not firm like a nylon medial belt around the waistline. I bought this because the price was reasonable and met the objectives I wanted it to cover.

Best waist trainer on the market! Period. It's thick, has 2 Velcro strips that allow you to get it as tight as you want, and it has a rubber lining to keep it in place. I typically go through similar products in a month because I use them for every workout and I'm a competitive body builder. Not the POW Effect one though, I just bought my 2nd one in 3 months. The first one I bought still works just as it did the day I got it, but that was 35 pounds ago, so it stretched out a little. Bottom line, don't think twice about buying it. Your waist will thank you!

....to do its thing. It did not. Its just OK,not great and not terrible. Just OK. The Velcro part of the belt started to rip apart from the rest of the belt in just a few months. Its now useless and I have to buy another belt......just not one of these belts again. POW needs to go back to the drawing board and make the seam alot stronger.

this thing came in a few days ago and working like a charm beachbody 2017 here i come. i was worried it would be uncomfortable but it wasn't and i didn't even notice the sweat til i took it off and looked at my undershirt

This didn't work for me. It makes you hot and sweaty under the belt. It was recommended to me by a friend to help ward off back injuries when doing heavy lifting which I do at work. It didn't work for that either. It's too bulky to wear under my clothes and looks terrible on top of them. So not useful really. And when I first got it, I couldn't wear it right away, as it had a bad smell that transferred to my clothes (I tried it out at home). So I let it hang in a place where it could air out. It took maybe a month, but it smells ok now.
