I like the product but the ice bags fall out sometimes which is slightly annoying but workable. If you want to fill all four positions on the back then buy two extra ice bags for $15 each overall a good purchase and did the job I needed

Very nice to use for minor injuries. Definitely doesn't work for major ones. I think it's worth it for the price. Gets cold extremely fast, and they didn't leak.

The concept is great. However, I have only had this product for a short period of time and the velcro is already giving out or doesn't hold very securely. For the price I paid, you would think it would be more durable.
