The idea is that the deceased is buried with items they considered indispensable during their lifetime and probably useful, as well, in the afterlife. These pruning shears are worthy of being grave furniture. Yes, including for an ancient Pharaoh, except, alas, this tool was not being manufactured in antiquity. You get my point.

Your first impression is the price...WHAAAATTT!! Get past it. These are the absolute positively best pruners you will ever buy. I needed something to replace a 30 year old worn out Corona pruners. Corona no longer made the one I had so I had to look for something comparable. I tried another style and they were just not good, But this pruner is SO AMAZING!! If you have a yard and prune almost anything on a regular basis, but these. You will so not regret it. These are the Ferrari of pruners!!!!!

I LOVE these pruners. Have a nice weight in your hands. Cut through a small branch like butter.I had a smaller pair that lost a spring after YEARS of use. Still in good shape and just need to get the part.These are hard to find and took some searching to track down--even on Amazon. Worth the effort.

I had my first pair of Loewe anvil pruners when I was 16 years old and began working for a landscape company I would eventually buy. That was 26 years ago this July. Those were the best anvil pruners I’d ever used, and to this day the only anvil pruners I feel are worth the money when you are doing professional landscape maintenance work like we do. Those original pruners were stolen 6 years ago and a couple of years later I had a bad case of tendinitis in my dominant right elbow. So I purchased a new set of the Loewes and right off the bat noticed some differences. The cushioned grips began to slide down the first time I used them. This is dangerous by the way. So my plan was to epoxy them into place but when I pulled them off I noticed the grips are now made of what appears to be stamped or rolled u shape price of sheet metal. My old set didn’t have the cushion grips but the handles solid with round bottom and flat tops. I thought instead of the epoxy I’d give them a try without the grips.Well, let’s just say the hollowed out grips became a magnet for all the nasty’s you encounter doing this work.I would not recommend these unless you could find a set with solid steel grips or maybe an old set from circa 1995-1996

Ich habe viele Jahre im Garten diverse meist billige Scheren für Planzen und Sträucher in Verwendung gehabt und wie es so mit der Zeit einmal ist, gehen Sie dann nur mehr widerwillig auf nach dem schneiden oder quetschen mehr als Sie schneiden.Durch Zufall habe ich von diesen Löwe Scheren erfahren und mich sofort reingelesen. Auf Grund der vielen sehr positiven Erfahrungen Erfahrungen andere die für mich sehr plausibel klangen, habe ich mir diese hier nach langen zögern hier bestellt.Ich weiß, die Aussage "schneidet wie von alleine" klingt irgendwie, wie aus einem Werbespot. Aber Sie schneidet so leicht und ohne großen Kraftaufwand auch noch 3-4cm dicke Äste, dass ich wieder Freude an dieser Gartenarbeit gefunden habe und es nun kein: "Oh nicht schon wieder diese anstrengend Arbeit" heißt !! Selbst meine Frau schneidet sehr gerne jetzt sogar die Rosen damit, weil es ihr so leicht von der Hand geht. Sie sagt immer nur, "snip und ab bist du" und das mit einem lächeln im Gesicht. Was will Mann mehr 🤗Nachdem man sie entriegelt hat, geht sie ganz leicht auf und bei Druck sofort wieder zu, ^wie geschmiert^ sagt man bei uns dazu 😃Ich habe ihr noch ein weiches Leder Halfter gekauft, wo sie immer geschützt aufbewahrt wird und obwohl sie in einer Box mit den anderen billigen liegt, wir nur mehr zur Löwe gegriffen... die anderen werden nur mehr für ganz schmutzige Arbeiten genommen oder den Nachbarn ausgeborgt 😄Auch die Tatsache, dass wenn mal die Scheren stumpf, verbogen oder Beschädigt sein sollten, man ganz einfach diese in einem separaten Set günstig nachbestellen kann, finde ich in Zeiten der Nachhaltigkeit super toll !!Ich für mich kann sie absolut weiterempfehlen, da ich mich schon mehrmals fragte: warum habe ich sie nicht schon früher entdeckt.

Mi serviva una forbice da pota robusta, per lavori gravosi e di taglia grande. Con le altre forbici che uso, pur essendo di ottima qualità, trovavo difficoltà a tagliare rami duri e relativamente grossi. Queste sono vere e proprie macchine da guerra, tagliano con facilità anche i rami duri, leggere ed ergonomiche, fatte per lavori intensi. Do questa recensione dopo averle usate per due giorni potando alberature nel giardino, con legni non proprio morbidi, senza stancare la mano... dulcis in fundo: io ho le mani grandi e con queste forbici non ho preso neanche un pizzicotto sulla punta delle dita.Ovvio che la lama battente non è indicata per potare rami verdi o delicati come quelle dei frutteti. Sono molto contento dell' acquisto perchè ho risolto un grosso problema.
