Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  My package arrived on time, the pole is a little heavy and feels solid.Easy to install and so far feels stable.I prefer using it as static to avoid any rotation in the wrong direction that would loosen up and potentially make the pole fall.

Long Review - I just installed the pole and I am very pleased! Okay, okay, fine... I love it!!! Guys, listen - The directions have a little to be desired but this is a great pole! This is my third one I’ve owned thru the years which previous poles included X-Pole and Platinum Stages, but am proud to say this one surpasses what I’ve owned in the past. My advice though, watch the video to install - don’t be like me and assume you “got this” without paying any attention to directions. Lol. Yes, guilty as charged. It is a great pole though and definitely a step up from poles of days gone by. It is super sturdy and durable and great in both spin and static mode. Oh one last tip, I did put weights on the bottom of the base to stabilize it as I was extending it into the ceiling - this helped me to ensure it was level. Of course, try at your own risk and be safe and responsible.Short review - Buy it!!

Absolutely love it!! It’s heavy at first and some may need help putting it up. But it’s simple. It’s just heavy. I will definitely recommend buying this item!

Don’t even hesitate just buy this! This pole has been THE most fun! My best friend and I originally ordered it to workout together and it was cheaper to buy one than go to a class! We’ve done that and WAY MORE. My husband and all his friends get up on it too and we all have the best time. The 6’2-275 lbs men on this pole are better than the girls! I think they enjoy this more than us by a lot! I definitely don’t regret even a penny of this. Also we have people swinging on this and crazy tricks all day and we have not been worried even once about the sturdiness it is indestructible!

Edit: Customer service answered my emails right away and sent me an all new product, with all of the pieces this time, and without me having to send back the previous one. It works great and is sturdy! I was a dancer for over 10 years so this is sturdy enough for fitness or even basic pole tricks. It's also easy to take down and put back up, so my child never sees it. I love it!Don't let the pictures or description fool you. This did not come wit the extension C or extension D so I can't even put it up. These extension pieces are shown in the pictures and description but mine did not come with them so I have a pole that doesn't go all the way to my ceiling. I'm waiting for a response from the seller about why these pieces weren't included if they're in the picture and under "Package Includes" on the diagram of parts it even says these pieces should be in the box.

It was easy to set up. But I had to use wood at the bottom since one extension was too short and the other was too long. It was straight and tight to the ceiling after installing but after a few moves it started leaning to the right maybe my fault I assume.But I wish it was accurate so I wouldn’t have to use the wood on the bottom. my ceiling is 92 inches (7.8ft) tall and if I just include the extension a+b, the pole is too short (even with adjusting the height extender), and if I add EITHER of the other extension pieces (c or D) it becomes too long.It's frustrating because I double checked all of the measurements before ordering that it says are compatible with this pole and it SHOULD work with a ceiling my height, but it doesn't. So I don’t get much use out of it.

This pole is extremely sturdy! It took a while to figure out the extension part, but I eventually got it. It does make a hard clicking noise from the bearings at the top when slowly spun but it doesn't make a sound with fast spins. I don't even notice anymore though. Its an amazing pole for the price and I'm very happy with it! The packaging isn't discrete, it had a picture of a pole on the front of you are bothered by that. The delivery guy left it facing outwards on the very front of my porch for all the neighbors to see, but I didn't care, I thought it was funny lol
