I can be a little skeptical about supplements but these are amazing. I have an intense, high stress career and work an average of 75 hours a week. Add in this year and I was feeling run down and overly stressed every day. I noticed a difference in how I felt within two days of taking these. I didn’t feel tired or weird, but just much more at work ease. In fact, my boss actually inquired how I was able to take on so much and perform so well and I gave the credit to this StressCare supplement. He is taking them now as well. The ingredients are, in fact, good for just what I needed in regard to filling my anxiety without inhibiting my intellectual acuity. I will be a long time customer and I am now looking into more of their products.

I have been taking rhodiola rosea for several years in an effort to stabilize cortisol and stress levels. Rhodiola helped, a little. Then I saw this product -- Himalaya StressCare -- on Amazon and at first did not order it because the lengthy list of ingredients worried me a little, as most of them are not familiar herbs (my thinking was that there were numerous ingredients each with a potential for an allergic reaction). But I decided to try this, even though it is pricey. I signed up for Subscribe and Save which made the cost significantly better.I have to say I was quite surprised when I actually felt a benefit with the very first dose. A relaxed, alert, calm began within 20 minutes of taking this product. I am impressed. It actually works., I rest better, am in a good mood almost all of the time, and I have more energy during the day. I will keep buying it!

The bla-blah on the side of the bottle suggests this is an 'energy enhancer' .. also that its perfect for 'managing stress' (StressCare .. right?).Have you ever rested your head on the pillow at night but your mind would not quit 'running lists'? going over all the stuff you have to do tomorrow, what you didn't get done today, what's coming up next week?? Meanwhile ,the rest of you is lying there, patiently waiting for your brain to shut up so you can go to sleep .. right?Himalaya StressCare is what I have found helpful for resolving that situation. ~ update 2017, For some reason, I was feeling so stressed out today, luckily I had these ready in my office bag - popped 2 tablets and feel such an euphoria in 15 mins, my heart is beating less intense, i am able to think more clearly ... thanks to this medicine.There was a time when I had to travel each week from DFW to Jacksonville, and care of my wife, daughter and twin babies - it was stressful, particularly when you have to wake up in the middle of the night to change a babies diapers and then leave home at 3:00 AM next day. While taking care of babies are awesome, the loss of sleep was something very stressful.I started taking these tablets and immediately could notice that calming effects it had. I was able to sleep like a baby on my flights - think clearly and stay focused.No longer take this - except for once in a month/once in two months when i feel that I am stressed out - never the less, this will be at my medicine chest all the time.
