When it comes to getting a gaming chair that feels as good as it looks. JL comfurni is the way to go.Assembly is pretty straightforward and fairly easy, everything you need to assemble is there (Allen key).given I had an issue with my chair their support team do their best to make things right and for me they've done more than what I can ask for.The seat is comfortable and the padding will keep you comfortable for long gaming session's, the headrest is made of a soft material which does help a considerable amount when it comes to comfort.The backrest is also comfortable and when you place it correctly, it can not only help with your posture but also keeps you sitting upright making it the ideal way to sit when playing games.With all its adjustments at your disposal you can fine tune the chair and make it perfect to your personal taste!

it's a really comfortable and solid chair, I suffer with back pain due to a trapped nerve and sitting for more than 20 minutes is uncomfortable but I've yet to have any pain while using this chair for up to 4 hours at a time! I've seen a few reviews say that there is no foot rest included but mine arrived in a secondary parcel so it may be that they hadn't had theirs delivered yet (doesn't mention secondary parcel in item description). the instructions are a bit confusing for the footstool assembly but easy enough to work out after a couple read throughs. for this price I highly recommend!

Good quality chair and feels extremely sturdy, the comfort however, does not last for a while. If you plan on using this chair for a few hours at a time then it will be perfect, if longer then I would suggest a pillow as it does start to cause back pain.

I purchased this chair for my daughter for Christmas and assembled it on Christmas eve. Once assembled, I noticed that one of the arm rest stems didn't lock into place when it was rotated.Noting that it was Christmas eve, I emailed the company via amazon with the expectation that I wouldn't get a response until after boxing day. However, I received a message back on Christmas day! After some further email correspondence to ascertain the specific issue, the company sent me out a replacement part to fix the issue with no fuss.I am happy with the chair. Once assembled it operated as expected (less for the initial arm rest issue) and my daughter says it comfortable and she's happy.However I am extremely impressed with the customer aftercare. The correspondence was fluid and they rectified my issue with no dramas at all.If you purchase this chair and encounter an issue, be rest assured that the company will sort it out!Best customer service I've had in a long time!

Put this chair together quite easily very sturdy to start with only had it for a week and the foot rest is bent so won't go back under the chair when not in use and it doesn't feel very sturdy anymore the rubber rings on the foot rest have snapped so they have fell off I'm really not happy at paying a lot of money for something that is now broken not even a month down the line DO NOT BUY

At first glance, it seems a lot to pay for a chair and because of this I was considering a camping chair, legit.I used to make seats similar to this as my first job but different Industry. As I was putting this together I noticed a few marks on the vynal (the cover for the foam, I can’t spell, lol) and the cutting of it was a bit ropey.Other than those small problems it is a recomendable product. I use this chair everyday, for uni work and of course, gaming. If you’re like me and have been using an old office chair from the 90’s then it is deffo worth investing in this product.Everything you need to build this chair comes with it. At first I didn’t appreciate the simplicity of the assembly, spent ages putting the wheels on when I realised that you just need to apply more pressure and they slot in. The armrests I stupidly put on backwards but that was more me, than the instructions. Overall it probably took me about 25-35minutes to assemble, if I had music playing in the background would deffo been less. Also I will say that, I’m over weight and although it is comfortable, my thighs cup the side of the seat. If you’re over 38inch waist, consider looking for a chair with a wider seat base.
