Q: how thick is the wall of koozie ?

I think they are thicker then any other kind like this. But, haven't used them a lot yet.

Q: Are these pure white or light grey?

White. I did a sublimation design on them and they turned out great!

Q: What is a good heat temperature to do print transfers on these holders?

For my vinyl image I used my home iron on cotton setting and used a pillow case to iron over

Q: Can these be sublimated? I don't see anything about sublimation on here. Thanks!

Yes they can. I have sublimated the white, royal and red ones
