The authors delivery and attention towards detail is awesome and exhilerating. the book should be used at all military science skill level I II III, this book is an example of leadership,perserverance,ethics, and the history of the officer corp in America. It also shows the love and dedication of a great american who overcame obstacles that young minority officers could not fathom. Colonel Young should have been promoted to General for tactics in mexico and his management skills are impeccable compared to the budget of some of todays leaders. Job well done Mr. Kilroy
