These are the best disc brakes I have ever used. Period. EFFICIENT because they carry very high mileage before they even begin to wear. They are just QUALITY. They are not expensive because it’s good TECHNOLOGY, they LAST.If you have installed these pads and are experiencing grip problems and your rotors have done a considerable amount of miles:1 Degrease, sand (Grit 1200), clean your rotors with brake cleaner. Degrease these new pads too (if they are dirty).2 Dry the pads and reinstall within your calipers.3 Adjust your brake lever reach screw. As the lever extends outwards, it increases grip power, vice versa for inwards. Screw incrementally until you have achieved your grip power. Don’t make the brakes too sharp, look after your tyres!If you happened to have installed these and have no grip power as you test them, just follow step 3 only.It’s this VITAL step is what’s missed is why some customers may be experiencing grip issues, nothing else (so long as there is healthy mineral oil in the lines).As time goes by the power may gradually get weaker and weaker as it wears (this may take time), just simply keep adjusting the brake reach lever screw (pad wearing and the brake lever reach work in tandem).Theses pads are PROGRESSIVE, it’s the future.You won’t be disappointed.

I've installed these on to my mountain bike with new floating disks to give them a fair test. They bed in pretty quickly with the usual techniques of a few hard braking tests, and then off we go to the trail centre.What are they like? Pretty good. Modulation is very good, with lots of fine control before they lock up. These are not "on/off" pads. That said, for those moments you want to lock the back wheel up to slide it out you do need to really yank on the lever to do so. I imagine this will get better as the brakes wear in a bit more, but after a few hours of trail riding they still were a bit reluctant to fully lock up when I wanted them to. They seem to handle heat very well, with no discernible fade after a long descent or brake rubbing as they cool down. They are nice and quiet too, with no brake squeal.They're decent pads, work well, but are just a bit on the expensive side.(If you found this review helpful I'd love it if you let me know with a click below, thanks)

I have only used these for 300 km, so I can't say anything about the durability, but the stopping power is miles ahead of the ones that came with the caliber.

Bike

I put this on my Fat tyre e-bike which weighs about 30 KG and myself about another 100 kg. The brake pad lasted around 3500 miles on a rear wheel with a standard 180mm rotor which is awesome, while on the front wheel its been 18 months & 10000+ miles, the pads still going!!! Thats crazy. I have replaced both tyres, both rotors, but haven't changed the front brake pads yet since Feb 2023! Great stopping power especially when wet. You feel definitely confident when riding. Now, it made hell a lot of noise when stopping especially in wet conditions. Its fine with me especially considering its performance but it's something you must consider before purchasing.

My partner has once again taken to doing the bike fit. He's getting the hang of fitting these now! They are not Shimano, but seem well made and a great alternative. I haven't been out on my bike since he changed the pads so I've yet to test them, but since he has had good success with some similar pads on his bike, I have no reason to believe that these will not perform the same. (should it be any different I will update this review) I am very happy to have fully functional brakes again!

Tried cheaper ebike brake pads. Didn’t last 5 minutes! These are worth the extra cash as they last a lot longer.

I can't comment on the longevity, since I just installed these, but they work very well and offer superior braking.Very easy to install and adjust.
