KikuichiMolybdenum Steel Gyuto Chefs Knife, 8 Inch

My bf had wanted this knife for a long time, so I finally got it for him for Christmas. I personally would have never spent this kind of money on a knife for myself, but once I used the thing, I changed my mind. This is by far the best knife I have ever used, and I doubt I will ever purchase any other knives. I just hope this one lasts forever like it claims!

This is a great knife. It is very light, super sharp and fits nicely in the hand. The length is just right and the clearance between the handle and the blade is big enough not to hit fingers on the board.
