Issues with the finish
Functionally it is fine but the chrome finish came off the pop-up stopper after a couple of weeks and almost no use.Update. Seller replaced the stopper for free and have had no issues since.

I had a small problem with the trap. When I sent an email to the seller I received the best customer service that I have experienced from any seller on Amazon. The quality of the trap is excellent also.
