Runnier than people will be expecting but it's how Turkish jam is and it's perfect. Lovely flavour. Amazing on toast or cake or over ice-cream. Will definitely buy again as soon as jar nearly empty 😃

It does really taste like a perfume. Very strong and artificial. If rose jam is your absolute favourite and you are happy to eat it every day, you might like it. But I prefer a lighter edition or more natural flavours.

Far too sweet. If this stuff has ever been anywhere near a rose in it’s life, I couldn’t taste or smell it. Just very sweet syrup with a pinkish tinge. Luckily, I have an Indian corner shop near me which sells 10ml bottles of culinary Rose essence for under £3. The same stuff my local Nepalese restaurant uses. Might try putting that in and shaking the jar to salvage something from the stuff, otherwise this sloppy sugar paste will never have anything to do with the scent or flavour of roses.

Oh my goodness this is sooooo sweet. I thought it would have a stronger rose flavour, but it’s only just noticeable. Also it’s extremely runny - you could just pour it onto whatever, it makes golden syrup look solid. !!! I won’t be getting this again.

Says jam but in reality it is a mildly rose flavoured sickly sweet syrup. am

Love the flavour. Just like the jam I feel in love with in Greece. Quite runny for a jam though.
