Flawless condition, kids like this series
The book arrived in flawless condition; my daughter always reads this series cover-to-cover immediately, so they must be entertaining.

Good series
My daughter has "graduated" from Pony Pals and Pony Days, Magic Ponies and Magic Pony, etc, but not yet ready for some of the older series. She is in 4th grade and around an RL 5.6, so we wanted more challenging but not grown up. The manager at Barnes and Noble recommended Book 1 to her and she read it and was hooked, so we got the rest of the series for her for Christmas. She is on book 5 and I imagine, since it a new series, that the books will retain resell value, although she plans to keep this series to re-read again whenever she wants to.

Undecided...
Because this story is told from the view of both Lauren and Sasha, it was sometimes difficult to keep straight since both are told from the first person perspective. The story kept going back and forth between the two, which was sometimes confusing.I think Lauren's hero worship of Sasha is a bit overdone. I'm a huge fan of Steffen Peters but I don't worship him like he's some sort of God. That both girls would come up with the same exact idea, right down to arranging for theirs and their friends' horses to be brought over from Canterwood Crest is beyond believable as is the donation made to the horse rescue. The only part of the story I enjoyed was about the horse adopt-a-thon.I'm sorry to see the series come to an end after reading it for a couple of years now, but it was time. I wish e author the best in her future writing endeavors.

Awesome book!
My daughter has enjoyed every one of the Canterwood Crest books. She couldn't wait for this one to come out and when it finally did, she had the book read within just 3-4 hours because she couldn't put it down. She's already asking if there are anymore Canterwood Crest series coming out?! Jessica Burkhart and her publishers just can't get books out fast enough for us!

Great series for horse loving girl
My daughter just loves this series. She is upset she is on the last one. Good for any teenage / preteen horse loving girl! She wishes this place actually exists. Purchase this series for your daughter and let her imagination go wild!

Thank you
Love your books! They've helped me learn to love reading and riding more! I ride western but these books (with English riding) are amazing! I've learned from your books to have faith in my horse and friends. Wish you'd write a few more CC books... Anyways hope you have another horse series planned. Have a good Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas!ππ

Amazing
This book is a great book to read during Christmas or whenever, it's the kind of book that's so good I probably could have been done in 5 hours if my mom hadn't stopped me. I will certainly recommend this series to my school library!!! Thanks for the great book!!:)

Pretty good.
Really good book, Sasha and Lauren meeting with their friends was very interesting and the ending was sweet. I can't wait for Jess' new e-books that will be coming out soon. Plus a new riding series that features West Coast riders. :)
