I ordered this chest as a lamp table for our living room. It arrived promptly in perfect condition and was easy to assemble. The size and color are exactly what I expected. The drawers function smoothly. I would give it 5 stars, but the back is not finished, contrary to the 360 degree representation. Not a problem for my intended use, but be aware that it might not be suitable as an end table. Nevertheless, very pretty and excellent value.

This is a fairly narrow console but the finish is so lovely and it fits perfectly in the space I have. great value.

I ordered two of these nightstands ten months ago. One was OK but the other one, the drawer didn’t close properly because it wasn’t flushed to the frame. I kept one; and I returned the defective one with the customer service being a nightmare to deal with but finally got a refund after about 10 correspondences from me.I just ordered another one begrudgingly to match the one I kept before because having one nightstand looked odd. This time, it is defective again with the knobs being closer together than as advertised and sold (and so it obviously doesn’t match the other nightstand I kept).So out of 3x I ordered, two have been defective. Plus the nightstand is shaky because the legs are not level. Plus the metal bar looked dirty as if it had been returned and there is a gap between the drawer door and the base. The overall look is nice because I love shagreen and brass hardware and the price is fine BUT it is cheaply made and the customer service is tough to deal with.
