Marvelous
What a great set characters with passion that can burn up the pages because their chemistry is amazing. There is few feisty women who try to be independent that bring a delightful smile. This is a awesome story! There is parts that will bring lots of emotions in your heart. This is the second story that I have found so entertaining. What I have enjoy is the couple POV when they fight and their make up activities is awesome along with their chemistry its call forever and it turns into a love for life. I also really enjoyed the start of their relationship that become a one off for each of them. The secondary characters are such a extraordinary and they give so much pleasure that's because they are written with such imagination that it makes this story full of exciting and humor. This series is such a pleasurable experience that you will certainly enjoy. These stories are so entertaining that they are great reading.

A Strong Start To the series
I really liked this book and felt it was a strong start to the Wolf Trilogy. My main complaint was that Janelle was too docile for most of the book. I expected her to get a backbone around 70%, but it didn't come until 85% and I was starting to get frustrated with her. I loved Mag, but he too was starting to wear on my nerves. However, the explanation for his behavior was so well done that I was able to forgive the both of them. I highly recommend this book.

Mag and Janelle, got it going on!
This is the story of where revenge can take you, and bears the Japanese out when they say: Who ever ventures on the path of revenge should dig two graves (paraphrase).Janelle is the daughter of the King and as a princess she tolerates a lot. Until she meets Mag, then she takes time to love, as she says" ..though I wasn't free to love like that!" But she leaves Mag, and he, with his enduring insecurity, believes she left him for a man from her same social class. He waits and he fights and when the chance presents itself he murders her intended and claims her. This is the follow-up to Ms. Taylor's, 'Her Viking Wolf', and this story is just as fantastic as the prequel. Again, the characters are well developed, the story's dialogue is believable and intense and the love scenes are incredibly hot -- not to ruin it for anyone: the dinner scene where Mag claims Janelle, will be with me for a long time!Read this story, get pulled in and have a wonderful time. I suggest you take some 'me time' and read this slow .I also love the fact the story and the price were well suited.Enjoy!

Wonderful Wolves!
Terribly excited to see a new release from Theodora Taylor, I started and finished this book during an 8 hour ride home from a Thanksgiving trip. I so enjoyed this book, and the decidedly emotional storyline, that I was able to tune out 2 young kids and a chatty husband during the ride. I admire this author's usage of IR heroes and heroines that are not simply white and black, but instead here, as in other books of hers, she uses less seen ethinicities. Magayuk (love that name) is an inuit football player, that literally grew up in a nomadic tribe of hunters, and Janelle is an Alaskan princess with a king father that is also an inuit, and a black Detroit princess mother. These combinations provide so much texture to these characters, and possibilities for storytelling, and in my opinion the author took great advantage of it. Introducing some new characters, and bringing back some others (Chloe, Rafe), this book follows the love story of two people who are from the same place, but not really. Two people who, after a short time, desperately want to be together, but are unable. The author's oft used theme of hard core, vengeful heroes, and softspoken and sweet heroines is at play here once again, but with some different dynamics that I thought really made this story quite emotional. The depiction of Janelle as a plastic princess, hopelessly in love, and never given free will or choice was terribly heartbreaking. The honest and naive profession of love Mag gave to Janelle, that was ultimately rejected, was the perfect backdrop to evidence the rage and pain that drove his actions. Add to this, the rules and norms of a society that is both familiar and strange, and you have a perfect storm that threatened to devour these two.The other minor plot involving Janelle's smart and headstrong sister Alisha, and the arrogant Rafe, was also emotional and a great setup for what I'm sure is going to be a follow up story in this series. All in all, I really enjoyed this book, I would definitely recommend it, especially if you have already read Her Viking Wolf (my fave book by this author), and need a good read.

Alpha Kings
A dutiful Princess and a Lonewolf from the âwrong side of the tracksâ. There is so much love yet so many misunderstandings in them coming together. Heartache and tears seem to be all in sight. The ending wraps up things nicely.

Female character was a robot for 60% of book
This book started off ok, and I really wanted to like it because I mostly liked the first book and I like how the characters are mostly not white, however I basically hate read from ~30% to 80%. Janelle literally had no personality and did whatever was asked of her without comment or complaint and it was so frustrating and annoying and honestly she didnât feel real to me. Also they got together In The last 10% of the book and I donât get why, because of three days they had together years ago?!? That makes no sense especially after they had both treated each other pretty terribly. This honestly would be 1 Star but the author at least writes well and the other stars are for the diversity. I might try one more book because I liked alisha but if there is a lot more misogynistic crap I just canât - I read books like this to escape not feel powerless and frustrated.

The best set of books I have read
It tells the story of love and hate to findly back to live ,when you think you mate for pressured for the kindtinue of the royal line and not true love that you wish for, only to find it when hope is fine then hang on to it for you won't get the second chance.I would like to say thank you for all your hard work and may fortune smile đon you always đ
