Exactly what I ordered.
Great for strengthening shoulders and easy to use. I think they might be designed for small hands though. My hand is 6.5 inches from top of middle finger to wrist so they fit perfectly as they are 7.5 inches long and 5.5 inches wide.

These are a perfect fit for my 12 yr old son.

Not for beginners.
Create good drag in the water. You can really feel it in your upper arms and shoulders when using them. As I said not for beginners. Take a while to get used to.

Pretty good
These work. If you want a pair of paddles that will stay on your hands while swimming and will work out your shoulders then I would recommend these.

Straps snapped
Used occasionally, for less than two months, in a swimming pool. One of the straps snapped just outside of the 30 day returns window. Very disappointing.
