No sure if it's doing any good sanitizing as the lack of smell (lemon)? Just have to keep fingers crossed it's doing the job.

Underwhelming
We run a bin cleaning business and bought the product to spray into bins after we’ve cleaned them.The scent is strong at first , but go and smell the bin 1 hour later and there’s no scent at all.So not really much point in even bothering to spray it?Even tried using neat , without watering down and still had no affect.Bit of a waste of money.
