Kilimanjaro Shira Camp Axe, Black, One Size

For sub 30.00 dollars this is a sturdy compact and very functional hatchet. I would recommend it to friends and I would purchase it again. Paid around 27.00 dollars.

Sharp out of the package, nice sheath. Not a heavy splitter but a great chopper, great for small camp fires. Head and shank are 3/8" thick. Handle has a comfortable grip. Just what I wanted for the back pack.

This is a nice little hatchet. I forgot what I paid for it but it makes a nice little camp ax. Not heavy enough for heavy jobs but nice to keep around.

Too small and lightweight to be useful. I obviously did not check the measurements of this little baby hatchet before ordering and will be sending it back. I laughed when I opened it at the side which is smaller than my normal sized hands. I tried using it to hack off a few branches and it was useless. It is too small and lightweight to get any force behind it.
