Perfect casserole
I ordered same casserole in other brand because that time Milton in same size was not available but the lid was loose so I had to return. I was so fortunate that the size i needed in Milton brand was available by then. I immediately ordered it. The product is so sturdy, easy to clean and keep my rotis hot by the time i am done making tea and other size dishes and taking bath of course. I really liked the product. If you are looking of same product, go ahead.

Product Delivery needs Improvement.
Product delivery is not good. My casserole delivery slightly damaged as per images attached. Rest its good and sturdy.

Reasonably priced branded product
Good product at a reasonable price from a reputable brand in the field of kitchen utensils. The handle on the left side was bent a little when received. But I didn't choose to ask for replacement but I repaired it with my own hammer.

Very bad i think got a damage product
It's not maintain a hot food for 1 hrs, its very bad..I bought milton flask and hot box,Flask is very good product, its maintain hot coffee for 8 hrs..But the hot box never maintain a food for atleast 1 hr,I think I got a damaged product..

Unfortunately the product was returned by me as I could not imagine the size.

Heat not maintaining
Hotcase should maintain the heat but this is not at all maintaining heat. We bought this because it is from Milton (Branded). But am very much disappointed about this product.
