I used it to drill in drought hardened, rocky, soil with satisfactory results. Haven’t tried it in concrete, but from what I have seen, results will be satisfactory.

I am still in process of using it. For my needs , this thing is awesome! It is slower than a conventional core bit the clean up is easy. No water stains on sidewalks. No hose or water pump bottle. My hammer drill is clutched so ,when I hit rebar , it’s all good. I can also pre drill a pilot hole on center and now my workers should not mess up layout
