Cosy fire
Very nice seen similar fire for £375

Looks the part...
Beautiful fire....looks well in my kitchen . Only complaint I have is the part that gives the flickering flame effect sticks n gives a shuddering effect n sound. This means if visitors in my house I would have to switch my fire off. For 9 months I have complained bout this but got no one to replace it or fix it. After sales follow up very disappointing

Looks Great
Very good value, looks fantastic, my concerns were, on setting one very quiet, setting two , like a plane landing, (fan noise) very annoying, but the heat output brilliant !

Good returns!
Got a defective one returns process was very quick and efficient however replacement had a noisy fire rod bit of WD40 now perfect -1 star for having to take it to bits and oil it myself
