Cotton Face Mask Washable and Reusable Filter Dustproof Mouth Cover

I was looking specifically for cotton masks. These masks are polyester95% and 5% spandex, not cotton as advertised. When I asked for a refund, the reply was first to send a picture of masks,then the reply was that these masks packaging have a typing error, really there is some cotton inside. This is a blatant and impudent act of selling goods not as described. Instead of correcting description, apologizing and sending a refund, the seller is adamant that they can advertise the masks as cotton without mentioning any 'typing errors' on packaging or indeed the fact that these masks are not fully cotton. I cannot check whether the masks have some cotton lining inside as I do not wish to open the packaging. However, there are plenty of sellers with description of masks being not cotton but having cotton liners, for example. This is a plain false description to defraud customers and then wasting their time answering emails whilst a simple refund must be arranged on demand.

Out of an order of 5 there were three different types.The first type had a valve on the front. Not as advertised. Three of these in my order. Branded "Classic".The second type was so branded "Classic".There was one of these in the envelope. It was too small for an adult and is clearly for a child.The third type was branded "poplar". This is a good fit and is as per the photos on the Amazon site. One of these in my delivery.One mask out of 5 suitable and as per the advertisement on Amazon. I had to contact the seller 2 weeks ago because my delivery never arrived. Now at the second attempt I get an envelope of mixed items with one item out of 5 enclosed as per the Amazon advert and 4 items that are not. This is most unsatisfactory. It's almost like a "lucky dip". This seller should not be allowed sell through Amazon. The Amazon name and reputation is being damaged by chances like this one!!

The masks in the photos are not the same as the ones we received! The shape at the side is different, and our ones have a plastic vent in the front.

Very disappointed. The mask received is different from those in the images. The mask in the image has an outer seam that runs from top to bottom. Presumably this is to give more slack and space for the nose and mouth. The mask I received does not benefit from this design feature. It has a small seam high up horizontally across the nose. So when you open your mouth to talk it makes the top of the mask pull down on the end of your nose. There’s no room to accommodate this or any stretch in the material. It’s very uncomfortable. It needs to allow movement of your chin. Gutted I bought this. Avoid unless you want to feel like you’re wearing a muzzle.

This product has 3 layers of cotton and a washable filter however it has an external filter valve which is not described in the product information or appears to be shown in the photo images. Following the Chancellor Rishi Sunak being ridiculed for wearing a mask with one of these I wished to replace the filter masks I already had. Although I was disappointed in other ways the masks are superior however as they should at the price.

Waste of money. They trick you with the picture advertised, the quality is not as good as it shows and it is way too small. An adult facemask that only fits adults with child sized heads. You cover your mouth and your nose is poking out the top, which defeats the purpose of wearing a mask. Too many people trying to profit off a pandemic with dodgy products, its quite frankly disgusting! Not even gonna bother with a refund, just gonna bin them and avoid seller. So disappointing

After previously buying a couple of masks that were not big enough and didn't tuck under the chin while also covering my nose, I looked for another mask that would do so while also having the recommended 3 layers and chose these. Having received them and tried them on, the colour and ear straps are the only similarity to the ones in the pictures.In the pictures the masks have a smooth front and fit well against the face. The actual masks have poor sewing with wrinkled seams and the inside layers are too small for the outside so you end up with a baggy front that doesn't stretch over your face properly. Also, when I tried to insert a filter in the pocket the material came out of the seam at the edge, and I hadn't pulled it hard at all, it just wasn't sewn in far enough.Worse is that the more pointy edge that would naturally go over your nose is not where the nose wire is! It's sewn into the straighter edge that would go under your chin. All 3 of them are like this. So I thought, maybe try it the other way up and see if it fits better in case it's meant to be worn that way? .... no, it's worse! With it that way up the top edge is going into my eyes and it gapes at the chin and sides so is basically unwearable!When I put it on the other way so I have a chin wire (!) at least then it doesn't go in my eyes or gape at the sides and it fits under the chin (just), but of course then it's not shaped to my nose. The wire is inside the seam and can't be switched.I've given it 2 stars - one because the ear straps are decent and adjustable, the other because it is a decent thickness with 3 layers (not including a filter in the pocket) but not suffocating.
