My wife can’t eat most pizzas due to her allergies so we have lots of favourite specific products she can eat. This is not only the best of those favourites but the best pizza mix, whether gluten free or not - the rest of the family want this rather than any off the shelf standards. So light and both crispy and chewy.Isabel’s also do excellent dough balls, pancake and waffle mixes we enjoy. Really want other people to know how good they are and help support this small business.Tip for the pizzas - we use silicone baking sheets to help when shaping the dough which can be pretty sticky.

I have coeliac disease, and have been buying products from Isabel’s for a few years now. My favourite was the dough balls, but now I’m a super fan of the pizza base mix and the waffles mix! The products are very highly quality, very easy to make and adaptable to different diets/tastes. Price-wise I think in todays market they’re great value for the quality and flavour. If you are, or love, a coeliac, give Isabel’s a try. They have a website but now sell a few lines on Amazon where you basically get next day delivery.Highly recommend.PS sometimes they’ll pop in a freebie if you’re lucky! I cannot recommend this dough enough for anyone who cannot eat regular pizza dough or any other alternative pizza options either. It’s really easy to make, cooks nicely and is very tasty as well. The quantity provided per box is enough to make 4 small bases and it works well for traditional pizza or garlic bread too.

I have been buying Isabel’s for years, these are the best gluten free pizza base mix. It can be a bit fiddly to roll, but once you’re used to it, you get consistent results. Definitely for people who prefer a thin crust pizza, it’s not like a traditional pizza base.
