Having read the reviews, in addition to my love for pink and need for something more lightweight, this seemed like the perfect solution. I would have been the first to vouch for this, as I really and genuinely wanted to love it. But unfortunately, I either got a very bad egg of the bunch, or these other positive reviews are more dubious than they let on ( here's to hoping it's the former rather than the latter ) :For starters, immediately opening this package, the webcam slider ( the little lid you slide to cover the webcam for privacy purposes ) popped off. The frame of the screen, yes, the actual frame holding the screen of the laptop together, came popped off. I had to press it back in place, and even then, it was pressed wrong ( there was like, an air bubble? ). The actual feel of the laptop itself is very low quality. It's a very flimsy plastic, it feels exactly like a toy. Don't get me wrong, it looks like a VERY aesthetically pleasing toy, but a very flimsy and delicate toy.I was willing to overlook all of this, but it doesn't stop there. The laptop came in semi charged, so I plug it in to get battery - not even three minutes later, the bottom feels like it's melting off. The actual performance of this computer is very slow. It takes a good few seconds to start up and app, or pretty much do anything else. The starts up is also quite slow.Overall, it hurt my soul to have to return this - aside from the above, it's genuinely a very pretty and perfectly size laptop. I loved the keyboard layout / spacing, I loved the size of the keys, I loved the screen size, I loved the actual size of the laptop itself ( yes, it is VERY thin ), but in my case these cons heavily outweighed the little good it had. Here's hoping I had a bad egg, but I'm not sure. I can see this being a cute first - time laptop for a kid under 10, maybe, but even then you can get nicer laptops for less than this. It gets a 1 / 5 stars from me because despite the slowness and the cheap manufacturing, at the end of the day, it does keep its promise on being a very pretty laptop. The color is quite nice too.

It feels cheap to me, but it is cheap of course. The keyboard is WEIRD. I would recommend you getting a wireless keyboard. I just received this laptop today.This laptop is in windows S mode, but you can get out of it thank goodness.I will be mainly using this laptop for my college courses. I will give an updated review later

I wasn’t sure at first due to negative reviews, but I found this product to be very easy to set up, and after having it running for over 20 hours straight - between being plugged in and using the battery - it was actually cooler to the touch than my HP after only 3 hours. Don’t like that you can’t have Google Chrome, but the internet speed is fast. Downloading pix and music off of a USB is very simple. I bought this to use only as a writing tool, so it is perfect for what I need it for. The music is for in the background, and the pix were for screen saver and lock screen. Lots of free apps in the App Store.

The media could not be loaded.  I saw one or two reviews saying that it was defunct upon arrival but I bought it anyway since I didn’t think I was gonna end up being one of those reviews. As soon as I booted up the laptop, the screen was flashing and blinking. Ordered a return within an hour of trying to see if it needed to be charged or fixable (It wasn’t). Really disappointed since it seems to be a pretty good laptop for basic functions such as school or certain work, but just very inconvenient for me that it came with the screen broken. I think it’d be more worth the money to just invest in a pricier laptop that won’t be broken upon delivery. Too bad it just won’t be pink lol :(

I bought this laptop 6 weeks ago, and the speakers in it stopped working. I also can’t hear anything when I plug in my earphones to the audio jack. I can only hear audio through Bluetooth devices so I had to get a Bluetooth speaker to hear the audio again. At least I was able to come up with a solution for that but it is just unfortunate that the speakers and audio jack stopped working..Another issue I have is that it runs slow when I use streaming sites such as Twitch. But it is perfectly fine playing videos on YouTube.Other than that, I give it 3 stars. It’s cute and pink which is what made me buy it. I’m able to get my office work done, do my school work, and I can browse the internet and shop just fine. That’s all I use it for.It’s light weight but I wouldn’t let any children touch it because it seems a bit fragile. For this reason I don’t hold it much, I keep it sitting on a laptop stand on my desk and I use a wireless keyboard and mouse with it as well. Hopefully anymore issues won’t arise.

We bought this for Christmas for our granddaughter. Seeing the number pad was in a weird place was a little off putting but it seemed like a good deal and she was going to mostly be using it with a mouse we purchased separately.It worked fine for the first 3 months. Mostly point and click school stuff, and a couple of games we got her on CD's.By month 4, the computer just stopped working altogether. It wouldn't do anything other than boot up.We tried factory resetting it, but nothing worked.Do not buy this. It's literally garbage.

This laptop freezes up constantly, and now it won’t even load up. I’ve had it less than two months and can’t even use it!!!

I just got this laptop,looks cute,was not very heavy .But the laptop battery became very hot just five minutes after turning on. I was playing a youtube video.I wanted this laptop since it was light weight compared to the laptop I have now,but I can't withstand the heat.I didn't even use the laptop after that.Returning. Sad that it didn't workout for me ..Another thing that I didn't like is the touch pad. You have to click little harder .That was slightly annoying .
