Very light and durable. Fits very well
I’m 13 years old 5’6 and 110 pounds. This is amazing catchers and fits well and the adjustments leave room to grow. The chest protector makes high speed blocking almost painless and it fits like a glove. The leg guards fit snuggley and are very light, also easy to move/run in. The helmet has very good visibility but is a tiny bit heavy(but not too bad). Finally, the gear is very durable and comfortable and deserves a 5 star rating. I would also recommend their catchers mitts. I’m very happy with my all star cm3100 catchers mitt. Has great pop and is comfortable and light.

Taking your catchers gear to the next level
We are so impressed with this gear. My son is 12 years old, 5'3" & 120 pounds and while it's a little big it gives him plenty of growing room. He has been using Louisville Slugger gear for forever and this gear is a major upgrade. His range of motion in the legs is much better and I really appreciate the extra level of protection he's getting. It feels stronger & more comfortable. This gear is definitely the gear if you're looking for the next step up in quality.Update 7/2020: My son has grown 3 inches and the gear is still growing with him. He’s still got plenty of room in the chest pads and the leg pads fit just a little more comfortably. We are still very happy with this equipment!

Excellent!
I bought this for my 13 year old (he's about 5'2'' and on the lighter side) who plays on a travel baseball team year round. It provides much better protection than his old gear (different brand, less expensive) and since players pitch faster at this age, I feel better about him catching. The gear is a little big but he not so that he is constantly adjusting it while he plays and he says it's comfortable. Well worth the price.

Short waisted kids may need smaller chest protector
Excellent gear, my son loves it. Unfortunately,he is extremely short waisted so we had to order a separate chest protector in youth size but the helmet & leg guards fit perfectly. Great quality, provides safer catching environment too.
