GREAT!
This beacon definitely has everything I need. Firstly, it's waterproof, I put it in the sink for about 20 minutes, after taking it out of the sink, it still functioning well. Secondly, it can be hanged on my keychain, easy to deploy. Thirdly, it's a long battery life stuff (I will check if battery life is as long as the seller tells), battery life hungry beacon is not what I need at this moment. Fourthly, I tested it with my phone and get a reasonable long-range performance.

Beacon functions. Very poor support
Beacon functioned out of the box but the temperature it was reporting was -128C. I could not find any way to correct this. Emailed their support team. No response so...

Bad battery life, can't change battery
Battery lasted less than 4 months. It's impossible to change the battery without destroying the housing! Range is horrible: ~30ft

Loses connection from one room away (5 meters)
Even at max transmit power, this device will lose connection after a very small distance from the receiver.
