SwaddleMe Original Swaddle – Size Small/Medium, 0-3 Months, 3-Pack (Who Loves You )

These are literal lifesavers for new moms. My daughter will not sleep fully without them. They work exceptionally well and are easy to use. The function they are designed for far outweighs any negatives. I've found that if you wash their swaddlws an excessive amount, like every night, they eventually do shrink. Also stretching them before putting the baby in them helps add to their lifespan. Our baby is 3 months old and she can still fit into the small/medium with some stretching. She's 11 lbs. Some bother buying large unless your baby is on the very big side.Some cons are:-The velcro will get stuck on other clothing items if not secured down before wash/dry and pull at the fabric.-It also doesnt get dry in a single load so I find myself hanging it to dry around the house.-The sizing for swaddleme is ridiculously off. The only sizes that can fit actual babies is small/medium. We tried moving to large but its bigger than a 6 month old would be and at that point it's too late to use it.

I've used these for several children and think this is an ingenious product! When you don't want to bother with the whole swaddling process you can use this wrap to get the same effect.Pros:1. Super easy to use for swaddling2. Nice bright colors and designsCons:1. Shrink slightly in the wash, difficult to fold neatly2. I found that I never needed 3. 1 or at most 2 was enough so the 3 pack is a bit of a waste of money3. Not a reflection of the product, but just be aware that not all babies like this. Even some of my babies who have liked to be swaddled did not like being wrapped in this because it wraps them very tightly with no room for movement. Some of them liked being swaddled but shifted around a bit and maybe let an arm out and were comfy and fell asleep that way. The swaddleme really doesn't allow for any movement once swaddled. This would be another reason not to spend the money on a 3 pack before knowing whether your baby even likes this.

Great swaddle, easy to use but unfortunately the Velcro starts to wear out and no longer Velcro’s well after a few washes to the point where I cannot use it for my baby. It would be unsafe. I had to toss some for this reason. L

This purchase was made at 2 am on night 4 with my second baby at home. I thought I remembered how to swaddle well, because, hey, I’ve done this before and the nurses gave me a refresher- I thought wrong. This baby is a ninja and escaped my swaddle attempts before I even finished them. As a result I’d put her back in her crib and she’d be awake in 20 mins and we’d repeat the process. All. Night. Long.Best 15 bucks I’ve spent- easy to do, especially in the dark when you’re exhausted. She’s only escaped once. Sleep stretches are now at a nice 2-3 hour interval.I got the S/M and they are still a little big on my 7 lb 14 oz newborn, but work well with room to grow.

These are great and simple to use. My only concern is after several washes/drying, the fabric around the velcro flaps start to shrivel and no longer lays flat. The velcro also starts to break down, as in not stick as strongly as it used to anymore. I want to save these to use for my second child (if it’s a girl) but I’m not sure the velcro will be strong enough once I’m done with my baby now.

If you’re extra tired (which if you have a swaddle age baby you probably are) or if you have a baby Houdini, these probably aren’t for you. My babe slept well in these but she broke out pretty frequently so I didn’t get much sleep worrying about her safety. My husband struggled getting them back on a lot at night, I was usually able to do it but messed up occasionally as well. Good swaddles over all, just didn’t work perfectly for us.

I loved how easy these were when I just couldn’t figure out swaddling. I had been planning to use these for the second baby but came across concerns of how swaddling can adversely affect infants hips, so I haven’t used them for my second even though I used them everyday for my first. I’m also concerned with this baby being stronger that this baby can already roll onto face but not back and swaddling could be a suffocation hazard.I would recommend for small babies who don’t move but would also recommend monitoring and checking on children swaddled in these to make sure that they can’t roll yet and that swaddle is tight enough over chest so that it doesn’t slip up over their faces.

They swaddle well. It took about a month until my husband and I figured out how to swaddle her so she couldn't break free.The sizing makes no sense. My baby was 10 lbs when we had to move up to the next size. Thankfully I had a large just in case. I can't imagine what would have happened if I didn't have a larger size at bedtime now that store close early due to the pandemic.My advice, buy these and the next size just in case.

Las uso muchísimo. Están perfectas para hacer a tu bebé “taquito” para dormir y evitar que se asuste con sus propias manos. También ayuda a cargar a tu bebé con más facilidad. Las recomiendo ampliamente!

As advertised, just is a bit big for our little one right now but will be great when she grows a bit.
