Great tasting olive oil
I used this for cooking tomato based sauces, in salads, and for dipping. It's very smooth, virtually no bitterness, slightly fruity and well rounded. It doesn't have the bitterness of some oils so is pretty versatile. I recommend it, great all rounder.

Very nice.
I'm not a olive oil expert, but it's very nice in comparison with others.

Lovely oil, bottle design not great.
The flavour of the oil is really nice. The bottle and stopper design is not great for frequent small volume drizzling use though. The wide neck flange, stocky body and tight fitting stopper combine to make it difficult to avoid oil getting on your fingers when applying frequent small volumes. A bit annoying, if like me, the oil is applied to food at the dining table.

Quite unique and simply excellent
Quite different and unique from Odysea. This is produced from the Megaritiki variety olives, as opposed to the Koroneiki variety which is the predominant variety used for extra virgin olive oil in Greece.A complex bouquet of mixed salad leaves and sorrel with green bananas and apple skins, herbaceous with grassy notes and a gentle bitterness. High in fruity flavours of an unusual combination of citrus and berry. Simply excellent.

Unbelieavably good oil
We tried many different premium olive oils and this was the best! Really flavoursome, nutty, peppery taste. It's a little bit expensive so we only use it on salads and steamed veg. It transformed a simple dish into an amazingly tasting one!

Tastes nice to me, bottle lid is rubbish though
Tastes nice to me, but the plug in bottle lid is just stupid and causes a whole messy bottle within the first few uses. I had to buy a separate oil drizzler bottle to compensate. Stars knocked off accordingly for that reason.
