On the first try using this, I found a TON of stuff just in my own yard! Granted, most of it was just junk. I'm not even close to being done here, so wish luck that I find at least one thing that is fantastic! Like this detector....easy to assemble, use and looks nice as well. I do like the velcro arm band holder thing which I hope will come in handy for when it's time to search in water (hopefully soon). Easy to use as well...just read the instructions a couple of times and you'll be on your way. Comes with a shoulder strap for the metal detector, and a long bag that the detecor goes into when not in use. Great!

i bought the metal detector to find my wedding ring that i had lost in the yard (4 acres). i didnt want to spend a lot of money on one but i also wanted one that worked. after reading reviews i chose the rm ricomax. it arrived in two days after i oredered it. assembly was easy, and i was treasure hunting in about 10 minutes. i headed to the area where i thought i had lost it and within 5 minutes i found the ring. EUREKA!

The carrying case and shovel is and nice bonus as well. The head phone jack is a normal 3.5. Fore me in Pittsburg the colors are perfect! Black a yellow!I would buy again and I hope this review was helpful.

Easy to use and very easy to hold long term. The wrap around the four arm really helps to make a difference. This is working very well. However all I found in my yard so far has been garbage, so I will try this at the park. Lol. It's very clear to understand. I did not use head phones, but when I take it to the park I will use headphones. This is fun to use. Now my family and friends are wanting one too.

The device is of good quality and simple to operate, but if you are not familiar with the typical patterns of metal detectors, it is recommended that you read the instructions quickly. I think it would be easier if there is a short tutorial video. Including carrying baQ and shovel, this is a good choice. Waterproof coils are ideal for searching shallow currents and the edges of lakes, rivers and beaches. I am playing more and more with it, and in general, I am very satisfied.

This is so much fun to use and search for buried treasures. It is easy for beginners which is great and not too heavy to handle. It even has a storage bag for both the metal dector and the shovel portion as well. It does need 2 square batteries which most people don't have as its not a common battery you use often I did have to go to the store and buy them before i could use this and the first store I went too was out of them so had to try a 2nd store. So far we have mostly found nails, some spare change , and things of that nature but plan to use it more as our property was abandoned 10 years prior to purchasing so hopefully we can get something good . Guess we will see.

My husband and I discovered just how fun metal detecting can be. We really like this metal detector. The coil is big and can cover a larger area. The coil can also be submerged into water. This is a convenient feature since we like exploring on the beach. It’s easy to use and fairly lightweight. I also like that I can use my headphones as it has a jack for them. As beginners, we are enjoying our metal detecting hobby and have confidence this detector will alert us when we find interesting treasures.

Have only used so far to find property irons on three different lots. The pinpoint button works great and made finding irons buried from 2-3 inches a breeze. Only complaint I have is occasionally when I pick up to move it, it just turns on by itself. Kinda weird but turns off with power button.
