Nice Bike!
Really nice bike for the price!I have been fixing my own bicycles since i was in 5th grade......a very long time ago!So assembly was very easy for me. Took me longer to unbox and unwrap it.Tool they include is nice but have a Phillips handy also installing the reflectors.Refelectors have two different size mounting brackets. Smaller white one goes on the front handle bar and the bigger one red one mounts under the seat.Brakes are set too tight so you will have to loosen them up some.Front wheel was very very slightly out of round - a normal person would not have even noticed. Back wheel was true.I'm glad shipping went well so the Bike arrived in very good condition and did not need a lot "tuning" other than the brakes. The seat is not that great but OK considering the price!

Overall I’m happy
Pros- This bike looks a lot more expensive than it actually is.- It’s a big bike. I’m 6’1 and having the seat and handlebars on the lowest setting are perfect for me.Cons- you have to put it together. The brakes are kind of challenging to get set correctly- some of the parts it came with did not fit or we’re not in perfect condition. The flashers for the front and back of the bike simply don’t fit this bike. I feel like there was a mistake that they were included in my package. It wasn’t a big deal for me, I just used the ones I had left over from my old bike. Also it seemed to me the front wheel was ever so slightly bent. Not enough for me to take the time to send it back but just enough for me to notice it and be slightly annoyed.

Happy as a Clam!
I've owned many, many bikes in my time - everything from a 24" Raleigh from England (1960) to a Sun Trike tadpole recumbent trike (2010). I ordered this bike on Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday. What? The carton is deceiving - the bike is packed knocked down but preassembled (80%). Mount the handlebar, front wheel, saddle, reflectors, pedals, and inflate the tires (Max 85 PSI). I read negative reviews written by snooty cycling enthusiasts but went ahead and rolled the dice to buy this everyday all around bike for folks who want low impact exercise, fresh air, or getting from one end of campus to the other. The bike is definitely a good value at $250. My bike shipped from Cycling For Less in two days (Sunday order - Tuesday UPS Ground delivery). Are you kidding me? Buy with confidence.

Good quality, sharp looking bike.
Super fast delivery - two days. Nicely packaged, easy to assemble and very sharp looking bike. As others mentioned, it's a high bike, but perfect for someone 5'11" or taller.

Upgrades MUST happen. Cheap parts
For starters I should have put more stock in the reviews prior to purchasing. All the warnings were true. The wheels were way out of true. The stem was so low I had to purchase an extension. I am 6'2" which I would say is definitely the max height. The twist shifter was junk. It worked on a wierd tension feel with no clicks. Replaced it with a twist shifter that clicks to a set point for a gear. It does leave a very narrow portion for your actual hand. The seat is terrible. Get a cloud nine. 30 bucks you ride all day. And of course the chain snapped at about mile 15. I actually spent almost as much at the bike shop fixing it as the original price. i loved the look and hybrid style of this bike. I really wanted to love it. Better to spend 200 bucks more up front and have real quality. The only part you won't replace is the frame.

Have a local professional assemble the bike
A good looking, reasonably priced model, arrived in less than a week. While some review suggest that assembly is easy, I trust my local bike repair and assembly shop to do the job right. And I am glad he did. As he noted after he tested the assembled bike: "Took it apart.... bearing was put in backwards. Missing a ball bearing [see picture]. And zero grease. Replaced the bearing set and regressed and properly adjusted everything. Works much better now." So I picked it up, took it home and tested the bike on a good street. A nice ride, although the assembler also noted, "Not impressed with the quality of the shifter..."I recommend the bike... if you have a local person to assemble the bike, and at half the price of Amazon assembly. It's good to have a local repair shop and trusted service, even for a relatively inexpensive bike.

Very nice bike!!!
The bike is awesome!!! It's very well made and it looks sharp. Unfortunately I was not paying attention to the size of the bike and went solely on the looks. I was mesmerized by it and did not bother to notice that it was too big for me. I'm 5'6". I wish they made one smaller for us Dwarves...

Exactly what I was expecting for the money.
Nothing fancy, but its work perfectly well for my short rides to the grocery store and such. Great basic bike. I did have it put together at a professional shop and I would definitely recommend that. Honestly, I took the whole unopened box to the shop so I wouldn't lose anything. The only thing I don't really like is that the gear shifter is gradual and unlabeled so you don't really know what gear you're in or when it changes. It definitely still functions how I need it to though!
