I’ve been using Progenex Sustain for a few weeks now, and I absolutely love it! The taste is phenomenally. I know that a lot of other shakes have an overbearing protein taste, but this does not, at all. I have one in the morning on the way to work, then another for lunch. It keeps me feeling full all day, and I have a small meal for dinner. Though the taste itself is great (I mix mine with unsweetened vanilla almond milk) I also like to add either peanut butter powder or a tiny bit of espresso powder, to change it up from time to time.10/10 will continue using this!

I added this product to me morning routine. It is a great addition for my needs. It is a great way to add to my smoothies for a breakfast. It helped me to eat healthy and filling.

First off, I’m a big fan of the Recovery in peanut butter smash. My all time favorite! I decided to try the Sustain because of the lower sugar and the attractive price point. The taste is alright. Ideally if it came in other flavors that would be even better . The is a little chalky and bland. I did add some fruit and it did improve the taste a little. Given that it’s Progenex, this is a good inexpensive option if your looking to save a few dollars. If they were to make it in peanut butter smash, then I’d be totally sold!

I love this protein. I've tried many, many products over the year and this is by far the best. Easily mixes with water and is totally delicious and not gritty!

I recommend this protein powder to anyone looking for a low sugar option. Good flavor, mixes easily, and no chalkiness like I’ve experienced with other brands.

I have gotten to like Sustain better. However, Istill miss the More Muscle, Cookies and Cream flavor.
