Great robot for cleaning
PROS:- vacuum and mop in one robot, operated with app, voice or manual- white and black models- tool for brush cleaning is conveniently hidden in robot- app for scheduling, cleaning, history of jobs is advanced and accessible from home screen- variety of options for vacuuming: quiet mode, balanced, turbo and max- easily access to cleaning passes (up to 3) before or during the cleaning- ease of scheduling jobs or disabling certain schedules- choosing rooms to clean from a visual map, in particular order- whole level of the house cleaning, zone cleaning or room cleaning- spot cleaning- robot does not bump to things with force, respects furniture- smooth navigation between obstacles- ability to see a robot place and route on the app in real time and all cleaning history has the exact route of the robot saved- mop mode has two options for wetness level usable on the floor- do not disturb times make the robot to stop cleaning for that period and do not resume cleaning- voice commands through app integrations like alexa- variety of voices for robot (English and many Asian) and more for the app operation- app suggesting and keeping track of the lifetime of the parts that need to be replaced (filter, brushes)- remote operation of the robot allows to steer it and navigate through the app- spot cleaning of any point(s) n on the map trough the app- fast creation of the house map and automatic room division, ability to change it and name rooms and their sequence of cleaning, if preferred- robot communicates when starting job, ending job and during other tasks, and the voice volume is adjustable- choice of units (metric vs imperial)- easy to put on or take off mop attachment for the robot- robot operation can be a quiet mode, with lower suction- option to add automatic boost cleaning suction when the robot detects carpet- ability to make schedules for cleaning: once, daily, weekly, particular days, number of passes (1, 2, 3) and types of power of suction (4 levels)- hand washable filter for vacuum- easy to buy (genuine or knock off) parts on amazon/ebayCONS:- the docking station attachment for mop needs to be glued to the floor (they suggest for wooden floors only, but I’d prefer something separates my floor from the wet mop)- the vacuum trash tank position might allow some dirt to get in the robot- no cleaning solution allowed in the tank for mopping, water mopping only- mop water dispensing levels are located on the mop and app will not change it- vacuuming alone or vacuuming and mopping depends on whether the mopping attachment is on the robot. You can’t change that remotely via app, and can’t see on the app whether the mopping attachment is attached.- the roborock goes on a carpet with the mop (if attached), so you have to decide if you are comfortable with that – it will obviously not dispense the wetness on the rug but depending on the dirt level in the house and type and color of the rugs you have, you take into consideration. This can be overcome though, by zone cleaning with mop for only floor gets done, or no go zone setup- mopping is not possible on its own, the vacuum works at the same timeI currently have two robots from aother company irobot, so I can compare them:ROBOROCK S6 Pure (vaccum and mop in one) vs IROBOT (vacuum Roomba i7 and mop Braava M6)- both companies constantly improve and add functions in the app, but roborock seems to be ahead in the game- irobot uses song tunes for announcement of actions (starting, ending job, etc), while roborock uses voice commands- irobot i7 and above offer 2 brushes without bristles, preventing long hair to be trapped, unlike roborock that has only one brush with bristles ; however, I have not seen any trapped hair after a few days of cleaning (I have long haired Golden retriever)- vaccum roborock seems better since there is more options for cleaning, more user friendly app, variety of cleaning options (only roborock has remote spot cleaning)- mop from roborock can pass carpets and thresholds, so it requires less attention- major flaw in irobot mop is that it won’t pass thresholds – so if you have any (even small), consider you’d have to manually move it from room to room- apart from the major flaw from irobot, it has more cleaning options (deep, light, regular), while roborock has only one option.- Mop is much better from irobot, since you can use a cleaning solution in the tank, while roborock ops with water only- water tank in irobot is bigger but it still asks you to refill when there is half tank left, so they are probably comparable.- cleaning history in roborock does not show where the excessive dirt was detected, unlike in irobot that will also do extra cleaning in such areas- mopping in irobot is very quiet, can be done at night, while roborock runs the vaccum during the mopping- roborock mopping pads can be machine washable, while irobot recommends hand washing- whichever is better will depend on your circumstances – whether you have thresholds, how many and types of carpets, pets with long hair, and how much time you are willing to devote to scheduling jobs and refilling the tank for mopping; in my case I’d say robots are comparable. I prefer the roborock for vacuuming, while for the mopping I prefer irobot because I can use cleaning solution in the water tank and the mopping is more effective (3 levels of mopping in iRobot). I still have to move irobot from hallway to living room because there is a small threshold, but at least it is mopped well.- no option to buy new wheels and new battery for the roborock, unlike irobot that helps too get a longer lifetime; e.g. after 2.5 years with my Roomba i7, the battery life lasts for only 30 min of cleaning

Does Not Disappoint, Navigate Well and Efficiently!
This is the first Robot Vacuum I own and it does it very well. I have not tried the mopping feature yet. However in terms of vacuuming, it navigates the clutters in the house, furniture legs, and crosses different flooring type over floor transitions no problem. On top of that, it can saves multiple floor layouts, so we can do upstairs and downstairs maps. The suction power is good, it's not as strong as a standalone vacuum cleaner but it does pick up debris, hairs from rugs, and food crumbs just fine. The only downside is that in a deep pile carpet, the side brush can get tangled up in the fiber and it will jam. The brush is destroyed right away if that happens. This does not happen often, so it might be a combination of some motion (like back and forth in a tight corner maybe) and in a deep pile carpet. In short, for a bare floor and short pile rug/carpet, I think this Robot Vacuum does it well; it navigates well and efficient, suction power is sufficient, quiet (if compared to stand alone vacuum cleaners), and it would vacuum 1000 sqft floor in just under one hour and using only one full charge with a healthy amount of spared battery power at the end of the cycle.

Just really reliable
For the price I would love for it to have more features…. But I can’t knock of any stars because it just works really well. It’s navigation is super smart and reliable. Once it maps, it just makes its way around your house really reliably. It’s fast, quiet, rarely gets stuck and never gets lost. No complaints.

Happy with the product.
This is the first robot vacuum I have ever owned and was eager to see what all the hype was about. I did a ton of research from various sources and all seemed to direct me to the roborock s6. I went with the pure for a slightly cheaper option even though it is very similar to the normal s6.For vacuuming it works great. I was able to setup the device easily and begin scheduled cleanings. The first few times as it generates a map you will have to adjust for no go zones or invisible walls to prevent the vacuum from going places it shouldn't. For the most part this was very easy. The mopping works fairly well for what it is. I found that spraying cleaner down on the floors first seemed to help. The app does not allow for no mop zones like it does with the Roborock S5MAX and Roborock S6MaxV. This was super annoying to me. I had to get creative and create a room where I do not want the vacuum to go on carpet to get around this issue. This would be an easy improvement for roborock to make.Overall I am happy with the product and would look to roborock products in the future.

Buy New not refurbished.
Let’s start with the positives- fast delivery, friendly/patient customer service and a great price. Here are the negatives - Roborock app could not connect to vacuum had to use mihome, it had a hard time connecting to the internet on 2.4ghz, could never leave the dock even after a full nights charge, arrived with no mop pad and a dirty waste container and took quite some time to refund, since it’s directly from Roborock. It’s not worth getting the refurbished model. I would have bought a new one, but didn’t want the frustration and went with the Roomba I3. Yes no mop but the Roomba is super easy to connect to internet and the phone. It also works really well. No dust or hair with an animal. Now my cat has a playing buddy.

Awesome Vacuum
I don’t usually leave reviews but I’m having so much fun with this vacuum! It easily climbs onto my extra padded kitchen rugs and it has awesome suction. I think the joystick remote controls are hysterical and I used it today to sweep up under my feet when I sat on the couch. I was pretty hesitant because of the price, but my floors are so clean and this thing has awesome features. I’d definitely buy it again.
