Really really really wanted to write a good review for this scooter. My 9 year old loves it and rides it daily. It seemed super sturdy and strong compared to his old folding Razor. Unfortunately, it just hasn't been able to keep up with him. The front wheel keeps coming out of alignment so I'm always going in and tightening the collar as much as I possibly can. Now the bearings in the wheels seem to be bunged up as the wheel won't spin freely for more than 2 seconds. I would take the wheels off and clean the bearings (or even just replace the wheels) but the bolts are on SO TIGHT that it's impossible to get them off, coupled with the fact that the scooter came with the bolts already stripped, or lacking in quality that they are manufactured slightly rounded instead of the hex shape. It's also started to make a bit of a jingling noise. This has been super frustrating and disappointing because my kid saved up his own money for a while to purchase this. His friend has the same one and that is why we decided to go with this brand and model. I am currently in talks with Edwin from customer service and hopefully he can work something out for me, but they won't flat out just replace the scooter :(I will follow up with an update once we reach a conclusion.

Scooter shipped was the scooter in written description, but not the scooter in pictures. Picture was changed under "my orders" after delivery to reflect actual product. In addition there was a pretty messy paint spot on the neck near the top(handle bar area) seems excess paint dried producing a bumpy hard trail of paint. Neither affects the functionality of the scooter, just concerning sales practice (with pictures) and sub-par quality assurance of final product with regards to paint job. On the flip side, my son took it to the skate park and ripped it all day and was impressed with it. Durable, rolls very nice, grinds beautifully, and seems well balanced/designed for common tricks, ie. Tailwhips. Overall awesome price for solid scooter, but questionable sales practice. You must somehow verify product is exact one as pictured before (and shortly after) completing purchase (picture was changed after delivery of scooter)

The media could not be loaded.  I initially bought a different version of the scooter from them and was dissatisfied as the head stem became wobbly and was not really strong and sturdy. I worked with the customer support team and they provided me this scooter and I've been extremely happy with it. I'd recommend buying this over any other scooter based on value and longevity.

We initially ordered another Vokul Scooter model, which was more complex and not as durable. The customer support was OUTSTANDING and we got this model instead. The build quality is faultless. It is well-designed, well-made, very sturdy and runs incredibly smoothly. It's an amazing product at that price point and will last a long time. Considering the great product itself and the responsive, honest and amazing customer service, I highly recommend Vokul without hesitation.

So disappointed. The handle bars/front wheel CONSTANTLY come loose, kiddo has bailed a couple times due to the screws not staying put resulting in the front wheel not staying straight..... (And yes, I definitely made sure they were tight enough all times without over stripping etc)I contacted the seller within the return period and have yet to receive a reply. Perhaps an innocent glitch and it was missed, but still. A refund would have definitely been preferred. I'm certain ours is defective based on others reviews. Really great looking, seems good quality other then the tightening issue...

This scooter was purchased for a 11 year old boy who is 5.3 and 98 pounds. It is perfect, sturdy, easy to assmble. It came in a cool box, looks cool. Its is winter her so we can’t test it but so far so good. He has had the cheaper store bought scooters, this is the teal deal and a great affordable uograde.

After owning the scooter for almost one year the rear axle broke on my son's (8yr old) scooter. Upon contacting Vokul directly, they offered to send us a new axel free of charge. Then in the months past before being able to install the new axle, we misplaced the rear wheel. I contacted Vokul again and they graciously offered to send my son a new wheel, which arrived within a few days, amazing.Things break, its part of life. Its how a company stands behind it product/service that matters most. Vokul surpassed our expectations.I big shout out to Edwin at Vokul, amazing customer service rep. Thank you.

We bought two of these and my sons absolutely love them! These are a way better option than buying a cheaper brand. For a little extra dollars you get high quality components and a very sturdy scooter.We are very happy with them!
